Um we had two bids for the landscaping improvements for parking lot 10, which is at the corner of Franklin and 6th Street adjacent to uh the armory.

Um so we have the the lowest and most responsible bid was from Patrick Johnson Landscaping at 139,000.

Would recommend uh to uh approve a contract with Patrick Johnson landscaping.
