Also with us today as head of hope, director of redevelopment. Kayla Brown, Assistant Director of Redevelopment. Grace Kessler is with City Council. The liaison is online. Jason Major, the liaison from the BCSC board. Mary Strauss, CRC legal council. Frank Miller has joined us as well as the city council person. And we have someone online as a presenter. Okay. I think we're ready to begin. This is the regular monthly meeting of the redevelopment commission. We have four action items on our agenda today. The first action item is resolution 20, 2026 of the Columbus Redevelopment Commission to approve funds for phase two of the wheels for our airport master. Ryan Kane, Airport Director, and Sherry Acres, who is online. Hi there. Thank you. Thanks for letting me come back here. So we are here for uh for our second round as it was stated. Uh so you may recall that we had been here uh it's been more than a year ago at this point, I think. So um since we have been here and had the discussion about where we were uh at Walesboro. Uh if you want to advance to the next slide. So we'll just uh start talking a little bit about Wellsboro as far as just where the the property was um whenever we started this entire project. Uh this is the general overall site review of where we're at at Walesborough, as you um may recall the airport uh still owns and is in control uh of the majority of these acres. Uh there is the Cummins acreage on the south side as well as the REMC acreage at the far northwest corner, uh, and then the what's called out here is the cemetery on the far northeast corner of the three parcels that we do not own, but otherwise that large uh chunk of ground there in the middle. Um consisting of about 800 acres, give or take. So this is uh where we started, and this was what you have already approved uh and where we came from. So we got together uh with a group of stakeholders, including um we had Eric Cry, and of course the mayor was in there, engineering, uh, city utilities, uh Heather was has always been a part of this and got together and said where we want to go uh with Walesboro. We knew um from previous discussions of the redevelopment commission and previous studies that we had done uh through uh Mayor Linnap's time uh in office. We've really come uh a long way since that point and understanding where we were at. So we created this uh with uh barge design. So Sheree, uh they're online with this. So thanks, Sheree, for being here. Uh so we decided that we would start with this kind of phase one uh approach to it. Um
