4:13Um so with this being zoning and buildings, recently, which would be what is it, May 19th or June?
4:27Unbeknownst to myself.
4:28Well, I went to court May 19th to hear a motion to vacate, in which I put in at 555 West Harrison.
4:35Um I remember the hearing.
4:36I attended the hearing at 11 o'clock.
4:39Only I don't remember what took place next.
4:43I do remember waking up in chains at the Cook County hospital or Stroger, um, in so much pain that I couldn't speak.
5:00I was told that something transpired at the courthouse in which I was storming the public, no, no, the not the public defenders, but what is the state's attorney's office for whatever reason after the hearing.
5:09I told him that I don't have recollection of what took place.
5:13What I do know is this is what happened at the Cook County Hospital.
5:17The medication that I refused was intravenously given to me at my adamant refusal.
5:24I was also sexually assaulted or given the exam while I was sexually assaulted.
5:30These are the medical documents that I've went through because I was curious about the exam that I was getting, which was a genital and an anal exam.
5:39They're not documented in this paperwork.
5:43So for whatever reason this individual sexually assaulted me, I've spoken with a Beth Tarzia of the first division and explained to her.
5:52But this feels like a total vibe.
5:54I feel like I was raped.
5:58Inside of denying the medication because I don't take medication, a medication called Adaban or something for seizures.
6:06I was not having a seizure, as they note in this exam, no intercranial damage or long-term intracranial damage, which shows which explains seizures, no pulmonary, no nothing.
6:20I had creatine in my blood.
6:22Creatine is in your blood when you go through some extrenuous.
6:26So I don't know what took place, but I do know that I had blood in my eye when I woke up, which was not explained at the hospital and scars on my face, and impact, impact scars.
6:38Both sides of my face were swollen.
6:40Yesterday I had a court hearing over Zoom because I didn't want to be in the presence of these individuals who would I presume attacked me.
6:49I don't know how I would have responded emotionally, so I just took a Zoom.
6:53But the judge alluded to this.
7:23Both of these stories don't corroborate what happened to me at the hospital.
7:27And I would like to understand, so I'm not asking for litigation, I'm asking for oversight as to how patrons or citizens when we enter these public buildings are treated, and what is the safety parameters put around us.
