I'm guessing you're here for the park things. Yeah. Okay. All right, Aldermanic report. Pretty much normal city business going on. We're dealing with uh, which is an apartment complex that has issues and trying to get them to improve their operation. Lux living is trying to get started. That was in the paper yesterday. Um the fire chief retired. Several retirement ceremonies for him. And everything else seems to be going pretty going pretty smoothly. Next up, staff report. Trying to make it bigger so I can see. building looking type thing um so the logo was approved by the board and let me show it i mean i know you guys all voted on it but can we put it up on our screen that's what i'm trying you've got to turn them on i just had it shouldn't be there we go sorry my computer is not wanting to do what it needs to do sorry i had it up i don't know what happened to it all right so this is what ended up the cliffs at white cliff park ended up being the official name and the font was tweaked a little bit and then the little house was tweaked a little bit and then the sub um logos are listed there so those will just be used intermittently whenever AJ feels like using them I think is really what it's gonna be um so thank you all for voting I think everybody feels pretty good about these logos I like them a lot yeah all right that's a lot of work just to show you something that you already voted on um so back to nature we're still in you know the process of getting rid of honey cycle getting rid of the turf and they're starting to put bushes in tomorrow so kind of replacing some of the hottest with a similar looks a lot of people like the um the flowering of it and the way it looks even though it kills everything around it so they're putting in um bushes that are native to Missouri so they will start coming in and start making the area look a little better um so this weekend song press fest if you guys can make it out please try um it's a little bit different than last year as you all know you voted on that too but we'll have inflatables the ice rink um of course it's later in the year so it's not 98 degrees like it was last year everybody do a no rain dance for us because we don't want rain if it does rain we do have a backup plan and going in Truman Middle School um there'll be some tweaking but the ice rink will be inside the inflatables will be inside and we're gonna meet on site at Truman tomorrow um just to figure out exactly how many booths can we get inside because we will be able to get some but probably not all what's our game plan so no rain we want no rain that's what we want um we do need two people for the parade route if anybody is available um it would be getting there at 9 30 because just would be blocking off two streets so we have two streets unaccounted for right now and they're just planning on putting cones but of course people do better than cones and stopping cars um and then the parade starts at 11 or no 10 sorry and 1015 and then once they're past you you're done so it could be as much as going from like 930 to 1030 or 930 to 1045 probably not much past that so if anybody can please let me know um and I'll hook you up with Jill who's in charge of the parade um we have a kids' garage sale coming up November 8th if you have any kids that want to get rid of their toys and make some money um what they usually do is they sell their toys they take their money they go to another booth and buy new toys but it's new to them it keeps the selling going on um but that's November 8th from 10 to 1 so not only do we need booths well we need shoppers too so spread the word not your grandma's bingo is November 14th and if you're not familiar with that it's um just a twist of bingo but it's people have fun they dress up there's prizes for dressing up we have our nerf wars on October 30th first time we're gonna do it on a weeknight we'll see how that goes but we didn't have any weekend times available in the gymnasium so our fitness classes we brought on Dabin back the summer um to start doing some new fitness classes so we started this young Olympians it went this session people are really liking it so we're hoping I'll grain some momentum um and then the age list strength and balance it's sold out already so I couldn't be more thrilled than that um so I said why don't you move it to the gym and take more people because there's people on the waiting list.
