The Ad Hoc Committee of the Danbury City Council met on June 22, 2026 at 7 PM (per agenda) to consider a water main extension request for 15 Great Pasture Road. Councilman Peter Bazade chaired the meeting, joined by Councilwoman Claire Jabbar and Councilman Michael Henry. The committee had previously reviewed the application materials and the Planning Commission's approval of the extension.
Good afternoon. My name is Peter Bazade and I am a councilman of the City of Danbury and I am the chairman of this ad hoc. And this is an ad hoc regarding a water extension request for 15 Great Pasture Road. It was to commence at 7 p.m. on Monday, June the 22nd. With me as members of the ad hoc are Councilwoman Claire Jabbar and Councilman Michael Henry. With that I know that each of my all each of the members of this particular ad hoc have reviewed the information that was submitted with the ad hoc request and the referral. In addition, we we all of us received a copy of the Planning Commission approval of this particular extension. No council. Okay. And and if there are no comments, I'd ask for a motion. Grant. Grant the city extension as proposed by the communication including requirements of the approval being subject to the applicants abiding by the zoning regulations and engineering department's requirements for waterline extensions.
