We have three items on the agenda.

The first item is technical assistance with the 2027 revaluation for the assessor.

And for the record, Ms.

Murphy submitted a proposal letter from equality valuation services.

This is a dated May 28, 2026.

This is to provide the subject services and the total amount of $500,000.

In their proposal, equality indicated that this cost is the same cost that they charged us when they did the 2022 revaluation.

Along with the proposal letter, Ms.

Miller included the sole source justification.

And I'm going to just give some of the highlight for the record.

It's indicated that the city of Danbury used the uh is using the equality camera system, which is fully integrated across the assessor's office planning and permitting.

Because the revaluation uh must be performed using the existing camera environment.

Only equality can provide services fully compatible with the city's valuation models, parcel parcel history, GIS layers, and permitting workflows.

It's also noted that equality successfully did perform in 22 or 2022 citywide revaluation using the same platform, and therefore already has knowledge of Danbury's parcel characteristics and valuation structure.

And if we were to switch vendors, that would require replacing the camera system and rebuilding integrations, which would result in some significant cost and operational disruption during the reveal cycle.

So Ms.

Sir, I move toward the proposed services, the equality valuation services as a sole source for the reasons indicated, contingent upon execution of an acceptable agreement.

This is dated June 4th, 2026.

This is to provide the subject services.

The lump sum is 27,776.

Make a motion that we award the additional services to our HS as the engineer of record for the Kennedy Avenue Brief reimplement.

Hamley submitted a requisition.

This is made out the McKenney Mechanical.

Uh, this is they have the proposed work uh furnished, uh, which consists of supplying two campus Avenger ARN 1500 boilers for Danbury High School at a total cost of 96,020.

This proposal is for furnishing only of the two boilers, no installation yet.

Uh the just some background on this, these units are specialized equipment and they require manufacturer specific configuration with factory authorized start.

Um purchasing these boilers through McKenzie, uh, who's later going to do the installation for their kind of material bring with the city?

Uh uh will ensure that we have uh proper coordination, maintain our warranty, and avoids responsibility gaps between the supplier and the installer.

So we need a motion to make a motion to award the replacement boilers to the general mechanical, and that's print or on call.

We had a couple with manufacturing and came out and they were having trouble rebuilding them.
