We have Mr. Ken Higgins, our assistant superintendent of public utilities. We have attorney Tracy Norris, Assistant Corporation Council. We have Deputy Chief Michael Sturdivant from the police department. We have Mr. Sean Hanley, Superintendent of Public Buildings. Debbie McDalley, our assistant purchasing agent. This is Katie Pearson, our library director. We have Ms. Megan Testant, see senior project leader from the technology services department. And we have Ms. Joanne Stirk, assistant finance director. I think I have everybody. Okay. We have 11 items on the agenda. First item security guard services for the library. For the record, the library submitted a requisition. This is made out the allied universal. This is for security services as needed for the fiscal year. The billing rate is 4137 per hour. Estimated total cost 95,000. And the allied universal would be providing these services for the current state of Connecticut contract award. So I make a motion to award to Allied Universal based off the state control. All right.
