The estimated annual cost would be about 120,000.

Navaz included a sole source justification, uh, which indicated the tax collector office presently is using the equalification valuation software system and the requested services uh are acting as an extension of that platform.

Uh it's also noted uh that an equality is providing these services for 160, 169 tax municipalities in the state of Connecticut, which results in operating efficiencies and economies of scale to the city of Danbury and the tax collector uh assessment related processes, uh, rely on this existing platform and the requested services support extended work tool.
