The Denver City Council held its regular meeting on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 3:30 PM in the Cathy Reynolds City Council Chamber. Um, we'll be um co-hosting with Councilmember Alvidras, um, the Global Children Financial Literacy Foundation um event where we're going to provide financial literacy um updates and support to community members in um in the fine district nine um really elevating a new book called Wesley Learns um Book Drive for National Financial Literacy Month. Um we want to encourage um family and friends to come out. We'll be providing 500 copies of the children's uh financial literacy book, as well as the foundation is gonna be providing um 2500 in um investment into an investment portfolio. So teaching kids how to invest and actually helping them invest those funds on that day.
