Uh and we are uh I'm hoping that Teresa Gura from Technology Services will also be able to join us.

Uh we were obviously in committee last week uh talking to you about this 150,000 one-year contract.

Uh we requested a delay um of having this voted out of committee to the full council so that we could um keep our obligation to you all by providing you a draft contract um by uh last Friday.

Um happy to um there's obviously with a draft contract, we're doing everything we can to make sure that that contract is signed today and publicly posted.

Um, but given that it is still in draft form, um happy to have um some dialogue and discussion about it.

There will be certain things that um given that it is uh at this point still a draft contract, won't uh be able to talk about in this open setting.

Obviously, happy to have one-on-one briefings, emails, other things like that.

Um did want to um provide just a couple of updates um coming out of last week's briefing.

Um of the things that we heard from uh several council members last week is concern uh with our current vendor flock and whether or not um when those cameras are turned off and decommissioned if they're still able to collect data.

Um we have uh and uh the mayor uh has been involved in it as well.

Um, talked to Flock, and it sounds like in Commander Barnes can um provide additional details.

Um, but Flock will be able to uh come out and begin taking down those cameras sooner than the end of the contract, um, with the goal of by the time the contract term expires at the end of this month, all of the 111 flock cameras will have been physically removed from their locations to try to alleviate some of that concern.
