Um also I am working with Councilmember Consolas Cutieres, um, and on Thursday we'll have a uh community engagement listening session about um healthy meals uh for uh for Denver's kids.

So the idea is uh just to uh describe a little bit better is um uh on menus in the city of Denver um that have uh kids' meals as in a uh food and a drink that the drink should um should uh should be healthy and uh so either water or unflavored milk as opposed to coke or orange juice just to limit the amount of sugar intake.

Also, um Golden Triangle Creative District, the registered neighborhood organization in Golden Triangle is having their holiday party uh Friday uh from five or uh five thirty to seven thirty.
