This meeting of the mayor and city council members begins now. Good morning, everybody. Welcome to Mayor Council. Thank you so much for joining us on this Tuesday morning. We will start with introductions. Order is back restored in the world, and the distinguished gentleman of District Six is on my right. You may begin. Good morning, Mayor. Chris Science Denver's perfect time. Right on cue. Thank you all. Welcome. We will start with uh announcements this morning. If any folks have announcements for fellow members or for the listening public, it is open. Yeah, Mayor, thank you. Um I think it was Doddy, and I've seen some posts online. Apparently, there's a scam going on where people are getting text that you owe a parking ticket four dollars and thirty-five cents. It is a scam. Do not respond. Don't just file it in the round file. The round file. Very helpful, Councilman. Yes, that is accurate. We've sent out a lot of information to make sure people know not to respond to those fishing emails or texts. Thank you. Other good morning, Councilman Sawyer. Um announcements. Councilman Watson. Not so much of an announcement, but a thank you. Um past week, um, the Mabul De King uh Humanitarian Commission held and will continue to hold um uh events and community to kind of elevate uh Dr. King's message and work that he's done. Um, this weekend there were quite a few events that they held, and Dr. Howard and the entire team. I wanted to thank you for um holding these events, especially in this important time. The merade was important. It was important that folks came together from to talk, to listen, and then to take action on things that are important to us, fighting for our civil rights um and supporting community. And so I just wanted to thank Dr. Howard and their team every year, all that they do, and in all the ways that they're here for us as we go through a very clear transition. Thank you, Mr. Mayor.
