And whereas from the historic Five Points neighborhood, once known as the Holland of the West, still known as the Holland of the West, to many contributors kind to many to the many contributions in arts, education, business, and activism.

  • Operations: Seven box trucks with commercial paint sprayers/power washers, one high-ranger truck (40–50 ft). Use routing software and hotspot maps to prioritize equitable coverage across all council districts.
  • Authorization: Property owners sign an authorization form; team member Bobby digitized the form (innovation recognized). Hernandez suggested moving to a blanket approval with opt-out to reduce administrative burden.
