Getting her driver's license on Friday, because we arrived at the REP Taylor building for our appointment at two PM on Friday, and I said, Great, grab your paperwork and let's go in. And she said, she left her paperwork at home. Oh, I know. It was a sad weekend. Good morning. Uh welcome to Mayor Council. Thank you so much for joining us and for uh being here. Welcome to members of the public. Uh, we have a wonderful gathering of council members here to introduce themselves. The most distinguished gentleman to my right, who starts off. Uh, Darren Watson, fine, district nine. Good morning, Diana Romero Campbell, Southeast Denver District Four. Great. Thank you all so much for joining. We do have time for some uh announcements this morning. We don't have a general session schedule this morning. We do have an executive session, so we'll be a bit shorter of a meeting than normal, but I'm sure there may be some announcements folks want to share with fellow members or the listening public. Any announcements from council members this morning. Thank you. Um, and good morning. Uh this Friday, June 5th, is the Welshire 100 celebration. And it's um the Welshire is a golf course uh that has been around and designed by this uh golf course designer named Donald Ross. He is the this is the only public golf course west of the Mississippi. Um, and we are doing a celebration. So not only for Southeast Denver, but I think for the city of Denver. Um, this is a big deal that we have a treasure in our community, and we are gonna celebrate it with a golf tournament in the morning and a community celebration from five to eight p.m. Um at the Welshires. So if you're interested, please come by. We'd love to see you. You can walk around the Welshire Inn. Um, and thank you to the council members that are gonna join us in the morning. Thank you so much.
