It's on the request of Lean Lenae Butler, a zoning map amendment from RA1 to R3.

It's on approximately 1.04 acres and located at approximately 283 East Tanager Lane.

Looking at the land use, so I would like to note that the current zoning designation of RA1 is not supported by the current land use, which is residential medium density.

The proposed uh zoning of R3 is uh is conforming with the the residential medium density.

To the east, we have R3 and to the south and slightly to the west, we do have RA2.
