Um first order of business as always is the approval of the previous meeting minutes.

Uh Taylor, I did not put on your uh agenda item for us to um put forward a name and approve them to be a taking notes, whatever we want to call but call that position.

Yeah, I'm saying as long as it's only not on the agenda.

So uh I put that out to the group and um we've had a response with Josie Taver said that she would like to do that.

She's not here today, but she'll be here next month.

So if we would put that forward and yeah, all those uh in favor, say I'm keeping opposed.

Um and then for the agenda items, what we've been doing in the past is the committee has just put forward different things.

We had uh a section for the city to put forward any items that they had, like Dylan, um and then uh was the rest of the agenda items were just basically generated by what the the tree committee thought we should be trying to do.

Uh but they really were based on you know either projects we had or desires we had at least from the the past, we wanted to make sure that they matched with the the duties that we actually have as a tree committee.

So if you remember last month, uh Rep ran through those quickly.

Um Michelle and I also went through them together and looked and see how we're really doing against those those uh duties and see if our actions and efforts align with those, and then we met with Brand and went through those together as well, talked and gave ourselves kind of a grade on you know how we were doing different ones.

So we thought we'd drive the agenda that way.

Um at least we'll try that, and if it doesn't work great, we'll try something else, but we'll we'll try that for now.

So the uh first tree community duty was listed there.

Um is actually sorry, I it's A B and A and B are together in the first one.

So a plan for inventory of existing trees and then plans for various public areas.

So uh plan for inventory of existing trees.

We've talked about that in the past, but it just hasn't Taylor been uh a thing that has had priority resources in budget, right?

Which is meant it wasn't priority.

Uh so that's something we're supposed to be doing as a tree committee.

Is that something that we should be doing as a tree committee?

Or is it just you know in concert with the new arborist, or what are your thoughts, Brian, or or um Taylor to kind of give us direction in that area?
