Uh as the mayor indicated, City Code section four point three four uh establishes regulations that control and manage stormwater runoff that are related to land disturbing activities or development, whether new or redevelopment.

Uh city staff has identified potential revisions and updates that are necessary to this portion of the code.

So on July 1st, the city council did authorize the city attorney to prepare an ordinance amendment to this section of code um regarding stormwater management regulations to address the changes requested by the pollution control agency staff to meet the requirements of the MS4 permit process.
