Council members present included Mayor and Councilmembers, with Councilmember Bachin absent.
The meeting adjourned at approximately [time not specified in transcript].
We are short, a council member Bachin tonight. Hopefully he's in warmer climbs and aren't quite as raw with the snowflakes trying to play outside. We've got a fairly substantive agenda tonight, but I think we can get through it with some level of efficiency. That's moved and seconded. Any further discussion on the agenda. Seeing none, all in favor saying I and opposed nay, that motion carries, and we have an agenda. Are there any members of the public who are here under visitors to be heard? Uh, with that, um, we'll move right into our uh opening items tonight. We've got four items tonight. Uh, the first of which is a uh Minnesota Valley Transit Authority update, and we are joined by uh Luther Uminder and Joy Stenson. So uh welcome folks, and I'll just go right to you because I'm told we don't really have an introduction for you anymore. I'll take I'll take that extra minute. There you go. So I thank you guys for having me this evening. As I just said on my breath, I love to get back to city business. So this is important. Am I going the right way? Uh uh. Uh you and me both. You might need to another one. That might help. I'm with the wider. So transit authority. So far, we're off to it. Just raging stars. We got it. This is really going great. Do you want to come up? Do you want me to come up there? Yeah. It did try to see work. I feel like sometimes if it's like broadcasting, it takes it a minute to some technology guys nearby. I hope tomorrow goes better in Lutheran. You'll hear about that. There we go. You can go one more. See a little more. Let's see if you got it. Click again. Okay, we got back to the next one. There we go. All right. So go over the agenda here. Just on obviously about MBTA. We'll go over some ridership information, some event services. We'll talk about Egan transitation improvements. Really want to obviously bring that to your attention. Excited about that. Proud of what we've done there. And also here's some feedback associated with that.
