The Eagan Advisory Planning Commission met at the Eagan Municipal Center on July 28, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. and running about three hours. The commission heard four public hearings: a comprehensive guide plan amendment for 1360 Lone Oak Road, a planned development amendment for Easter Lutheran Church, an interim use permit for Hope International Foundation, and a combined conditional use permit/variance request for Bay & Bay Transfer. All four items were recommended for approval for the August 3, 2026 City Council agenda.
