Time and the fuel and stuff like that.

That way the customer still gets a good rebate on their side everything.

So before they bring it here, can they should they throw other metal pieces and stuff in the biggest?

If they've got some stuff lying around the house that's metal that they want to recycle and not throw in the landfill, um just open the back doors up and throw it inside the car.

So it's really important about not putting it in the landfill.

Yeah.

We really want things to be recycled.

Yeah, because it's when it goes to the landfill, it's just gonna sit there.

It's not gonna, it's not gonna go anywhere and decompose.

So it just fills away and filled up even faster.

And and with recycled, goodness, we make making everything.

Yeah, yeah, it just helps.

Yeah, it saves a lot of energy, you know, putting this stuff back in a new steel versus it going in the landfill and having to make you know news deal elsewhere.

Tell us about the beginning of West Point Bank.

Yeah, so West Point Bank has been around uh Harden County for a number of years.

Um we got our start in West Point, uh, and then have since grown uh to five total locations throughout Harden County.

Uh West Point, Etown, Ratcliffe, Glendale, and Upton, and then soon to be hopefully the Patriot Parkway branch there on the Patriot Parkway.

So that would be six branches, five in Harden County, one in LaRue County, our Upton branch.

Now, where will that be on Patriot Parkway?

So right across from Magnolia Farms subdivision, right there where uh Rhineyville Road intersects with the Patriot Parkway.

Yeah, so I think it's important for youth sports, and let me answer the question that way, that you can learn so many life lessons through sports, and and we tell my wife and I tell my children when they're playing sports, there's a right way to win, there's a right way to lose, there's a right way to be a good teammate, uh, and that's gonna go forward even after school, after high school and you become in the workforce, um, being a good teammate, being a good life's heart.

Sometimes you're going to win, sometimes you're going to lose, and how you handle that, uh, you can learn a lot of life lessons through sports.

So we we find it important to sponsor sports.

We're we're we're so excited to uh to be able to be a part of that, and hopefully, some people uh can not only enjoy playing the game, but they can learn some life lessons through that.

Well, in the past, prior to what we call streaming, uh, if you were an athlete and you wanted a coach to take a look at you, you'd have to make a VHS tape or a flash drive or something like that.

And with streaming through Brandenburg Telecom, you know, we're able to, if a coach wants to look at an athlete, they can just coach.

And we use Brandenburg Telecom for our streaming, and uh, it's an excellent service.

They do a great job with that, and glad that they're in that industry doing that and providing that service.

Uh, in order to have such a wonderful bank, we talked about the employees that you have, but what are their different roles at the at the very of our locations, uh, Elizabeth Town, Radcliffe, and Upton, we have a loan officer on site.

Now, we don't have a loan officer on site at all times at West Point in Glendale, but we can certainly accommodate that if someone were to come in there and need uh a loan product at West Point or Glendale.

Um, in addition, our locations have deposit taking ATM.

So even when you're outside of banking hours, uh, you can visit one of our branches and make a deposit uh into the RATM or withdraw money if you need that.

Now, when West Point first started, was it involved with those other services that you have now?

We've always been a full service bank, but we have continued to grow and expand our services to where at this point, if there's anything that you need in banking, we can pretty much accommodate it.
