Council Member Vajaska. Here Council Member Curtis. Okay, so now that brings us to section item number five, public appearances. Those wishing to address the city council may do so by fine signing in on a form provided by the city clerk identifying the topics or agenda items. Action taken as a result of public comment regarding non-agenda items will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and a decision at later date. Speakers shall be limited to three minutes. And I see we have somebody on our sheet. If you would kindly just state your name, the city where you live, and sure. So thank you for addressing us. Yeah, it's Brian Kleiser, and it's 4145 West Adobe in Eloy. And so I just asking uh actually the Department of Buildings and permits to take a look at our permanent application for Apergola, which has been out for since 2-2. Um and we're now at 6-2 tomorrow, and that permit is still waiting to be issued. I know there's been some back and forth with my project team uh on it, but we're now four months waiting. It's beginning to feel like Los Angeles and not Eloy. Uh so if someone could follow up on that with me directly, that'd be very much appreciated. Normally I would come down and talk to them, but I have a job that goes eight to five, so I don't have time to get to the city anymore. Uh and I put the permit number on the sheet so someone from the department could just call me. I can leave a number with the city manager if that's all right, or the clerk, uh, just as somebody to follow up with me to let me know what outstanding issues there might be so we can get this moving and rolling because it's been four months. And you have the contact information on the permit that has that number. Your contact information. You know, the the um permit was applied for by my landscaping company. Well, and so they have been to the intermediaries, and uh, you know, it's like where are we with all of this? I know it's in Veritas' hands right now, and it's been taking you know, they've got a due date of six eight, but again, we started this process February second, so I don't know what the back and forth has been for four months over really what's a pergola attached to the house with some electric. Okay, that brings us to section number six, business possible discussion and/or action on the following and this would be adoption of resolution number two six-1659 declaring a public record for that certain document filed with the city clerk entitled the City of Eloy General Plan Update Existing Conditions Report. The item before you is a request to create a public record for those items uh item that we presented to y'all about a year ago, which is the existing condition report that establish the baseline for our general plan that we are now updating. Uh since the report is referenced in the general plan, I wanted to create a public record so that those of the public can then find it. And it's not sitting on my shelf somewhere or somewhere with the clerk's office. So that is the purpose of this item. Okay, will there be any presentation? Anyone have any questions or any questions?
