The first one being the rules of of counsel, and this is the at the very end of 112, specifically 112.16, there is a chapter or a clause that says we are to be getting reports uh on seminars and conferences that the administration goes to.

So th in this ordinance, what it outlines is what was just passed in Allentown and also passed in Lancaster, and is what is required of the welcoming city, and if we don't have this, then we lose that application.

So the welcoming city is a program by the nonprofit welcoming America, which is based out of Edlena, and they do um a one to five star rating, depending of your city or borough or county, of letting whether um immigrants legal or here as a refugee status, you know, that that city has the ability to provide some sort of not protection per se, but like you know that they're not out to get you.

So that's the ordinances to help comply with our status as a welcoming city under the welcoming America program.

Now we can change it so that they're legal immigrants, but I would also put it in there probably and or refugees, because refugees are a separate type of legal immigrant, they're a separate program.
