The Everett City Council met on April 16, 2025, at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers to discuss a range of items including a consent calendar of routine approvals, the Everett 2044 Comprehensive Plan update, and a revised 2025 budget amendment that includes $600,000 for a multipurpose stadium. Public testimony focused heavily on affordable housing, anti-displacement policies, and the need for mobile home park protections.
