Snow load and removal were discussed; the applicant stated maintenance is covered under their license agreement with Wawa.

Um an adequate notice uh of the meeting has been provided. If you could all please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Per our bylaws, they will be noticed because this was the second hearing they would have been heard and have not been. Um Christine and I had a little uh back and forth by email with them, and that's uh very much agreed to. Not that they had a choice. But anyway. Umerset County, uh the subdivision of the open space carried to May 6th. No further notification needed there, because we're telling you here. Um so back up to the top.
