Session accordance with the authority granted under the annotated code of Maryland General Provisions Article 3-305B7 to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice and 3-305B8 to staff, consultants, and other individuals about pending or potential litigation. The reason for closing the meeting is to discuss potential litigation and provide the opportunity for the Board of Alderman to provide guidance and obtain legal advice with respect to such litigation and directly related matters.
