Good evening. I would like to ask the board to convene in a closed session in accordance with the authority granted under the annotated code of Maryland General Provisions Article Three-three oh five B one I to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline to motion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom it has jurisdiction. The reason for closing the meeting is to allow the board to candidly discuss the compensation package for a potential employee while maintaining the potential employees' privacy. Do I have a motion? Move for executive session. Motion by Ottawa McKazemchak. Seconded by Alderman Shackelford to convene in closed session. All those in favor.
