I would like to ask the board to convene in a closed session in accordance with the authority granted under the annotated code of Maryland General Provisions Article 3 305 B7 to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice and 3-305 B eight to consult with staff consultants or other individuals about pending or potential litigation. The reason for closing the meeting is to provide the board a general update regarding ongoing litigation and to discuss potential settlement options. So moved. Second. Motion by Alderman Shackover, second by Alderwoman Nash. All those in favor. That is 30 with Alderwoman Kazemchak and Alderman McShane not present. Thank you. Gail, you can stay right where you are.
