I would like to ask the board to convene in a closed session in accordance with the authority granted under the annotated code of Maryland General Provisions Article three-three oh five B seven, three-three oh five B eight, three-three oh five B twelve, and three oh three-three oh five B fifteen two to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice, to consult with staff consultants or other individuals about pending or potential litigation, to conduct or discuss an investigative proceeding on actual or possible criminal conduct, and to discuss cybersecurity if the public body determines that public discussion would constitute a risk to network security information.
