I would like to ask the council to convene in a closed session in accordance with the authority granted under the annotated code of Maryland General Provisions Article Three Zero Five B one One to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom it has jurisdiction today for the record is January sixteenth, two thousand twenty-five. The reason for closing the meeting is to allow the council to candidly discuss a recommendation from the personnel board. Do I have a motion? So moved.
