Afternoon. I'm calling this a special session to order. I would like to ask the council to convene in a closed session in accordance with the authority granted under the annotated code of Maryland, General Provisions, Article 3-305B1i to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, the motion, compensation, removal, reasonation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom it has jurisdiction, and 3-305B7 to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice, and 3-305B8 to consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending potential litigation. For a motion. Second. Motion made by Councilmember Brem, second by Councilmember Taylor, uh to close the session at 432. That was really cool, but now we need to vote. All in favor, one three four five six. Now we're closed.
