I would like to ask the council to convene in a closed session in accordance with the authority granted under the annotated code of Maryland, General Provisions, Article 3-305B1i to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, the motion, compensation, removal, reasonation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom it has jurisdiction, and 3-305B7 to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice, and 3-305B8 to consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending potential litigation. For a motion. Second. Motion made by Councilmember Brem, second by Councilmember Taylor, uh to close the session at 432. That was really cool, but now we need to vote.
