I would like to ask the council to convene in a closed session in accordance with the authority granted under the annotated code of Maryland, General Provisions, Article Three Dash Three O Five B. Fifteen to discuss cybersecurity. If the public body determines that public discussion would constitute a risk to security assessment or deployment relating to information resources technology, network security information, or deployment or implementation of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices.
