The meeting was called to order at 11:00 AM. The council immediately moved to convene in a closed session under Maryland Annotated Code General Provisions Article 3-305 B1i to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of an appointee, employee, or official over whom it has jurisdiction. The motion was made by Councilmember Brem and seconded by Councilmember Hempelerani. All members voted in favor, and the meeting closed to the public.
