1:58

Item number seven on our agenda uh is new business.

We have one uh item case zba 21-307AA for an administrative appeal at uh 300 A East uh Fourth Street.

4:07

And I uh appreciate uh both the folks from the city uh as uh well as the appellant in this case and the members of the board um uh for their patience and consideration with approving the continuance.

4:22

Um as I mentioned, I think that it's in the best interest of all parties um uh that we make sure everybody has ample time to review all the material, and that way we have uh a full and thoughtful uh hearing here in May.

4:36

So I appreciate folks checking in for uh just a couple minutes this evening.

4:42

And members of the board, that brings us to a long continued uh item on our agenda, item seven, uh election of officers.
