The Ramsdale Building Committee convened a public meeting on September 29, 2026, at 4:03 PM, with members Frederica, Pat, John, Lauren, and Pam present, constituting a quorum. The meeting focused on the Ramsdale Library project, including a co-chair's report on recent inter-board meetings, a liaison update from the library trustees, and a discussion about the long-standing absence of a Department of Public Works (DPW) representative on the committee. No formal votes were taken on substantive matters; the committee approved the August 25th minutes unanimously.
Meetings pursuant to MGL7C38 section 20. After notifying the chair of a public body, any person may make a video or audio recording of an open session of meeting of public body or may transmit the meeting through any medium. At the beginning of the meeting, the chair shall inform other attendees of any such recordings. I'm not aware of any other than what's being reported on the Zoom. Any member of the public wishing to speak at the meeting must receive permission of the chair. That is me today. The listings of agenda items are those reasonably anticipated by the chair, which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed. And other items not listed may be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law. All right, it is 403, and I'm calling to order this meeting of the Ramsdale Building Committee agenda. Um first item is a roll call. So let's have a roll call of those present. Frederica? Here. Pat? Here. And I, John am here, and we have quorum. Uh although not a member of this committee. Yes, yes, yes. You are. I didn't miss that. From trustees. Oh, brilliant. Yeah. Okay. Wait, Laura, are you here? I'm Lauren. Lauren. Are you here? You're here. I'm here. We have not even virtually an unquestioned quorum. Uh approval of minutes of the August 25th meeting. Frederica did send those out uh earlier this afternoon. And have folks had have a chance to take a quick look at those meetings, minutes, pardon me. And can I have a motion to approve them? I'll make a motion to approve them minutes from August 25th. Second. Second. Thank you, Pat. Any discussion? Hearing none, all those in favor, roll call vote. Frederica? Hi. Lauren?
