Ms. Kimball, we have Ms. the Director Segawa here. Do you want him to go first, or do you want to have anything? I just wanted to make one note. Um the county code requires us to consult with HPD for resolutions of this nature. We did get a communication via email this morning from HB uh HPD stating that they had no comment or no issue on this matter. Um however we were not provided with a hard copy to be filed with um council services. So if it's all right with the body, I just want you to know that we are awaiting that document in physical form, but we have been we have received the communication electronically. I would request that we not wait on that um in today's hearing and then just push this forward so we have that communication attached at the next agenda. Thank you. Great, thank you very much. Go ahead, Director Segawa. I'm Director Segawa, Director of the Department of Public Works.
