Uh, I want to thank council for being here this evening uh for making the decision to have an emergency work session to discuss through to to discuss some of the solutions that we want to look at or some of the ways that we can respond.

Uh, just so everybody knows the uh purpose of the work session is to discuss various ideas that have been proposed by counselors and to decide what we'll have staff look into.

I ask that each one of us be respectful to one another and staff, and because of the volume of ideas, I ask you to be succinct because it there's we have a lot of ideas, which is great.

I ask each of you to be open to all ideas, even if they're not your own, because I think the best solutions may be a mix of ideas, right?
