And we have this last minute turnaround, and because of the meetings, we we have to have this one.

2:35

Is that exactly it?

2:37

So they got us the information they wouldn't give it to us until after the 15th of the month, and they only hold the quote to the 15th of the month.

2:43

So because of the two recesses that we have, we our next legislative meeting wasn't until November 18th.

2:49

We had to we had to rush and get it on because we wouldn't have made the deadline.

So we wanted to get it on and get it done as soon as we could.

3:10

Yeah, and I don't think we typically have to have an extra workshop to put them on agenda.

3:16

They do give it to us with enough time to slip it in there, but we always require emergency language on these.

3:22

We always do.

3:23

Yeah.

3:23

This one wouldn't have we wouldn't needed the extra workshop, but it just happened to fall with the fourth and the eleventh being off weeks.

3:30

We weren't having another council meeting until the 18th, so we wouldn't they would not have held this quote for that date.

3:37

We would have had to start the process over again.

3:40

Well, thank you very much.

3:42

Seeing no more workshop business before this council, I will adjourn the workshop at 6 48 p.m.

3:50
