Director's Report
- The Director announced that the City of Janesville will host the second in a series of council workshops regarding data center development, scheduled for Monday, February 23, 2026, at 5:15 PM in the Council Chambers. The topic is the economic and tax impacts of data centers. The workshop will be televised. The Director noted that the City, including the Finance Director, is facilitating the session, potentially with an outside consultant.

Certified survey map two five zero three one-t, Mary Ann Birkheimer, one lot and one outlaw along N County Road F in the town of Janesville. The second is a certified survey map two five zero three four-t, Mary A. Russell, two lots along U.S. Highway 51 and Russell Road in the town of Janesville. And the final certified survey map 26001-C, Rock County Cooper, excuse me, Rock Energy Cooperative, one lot along performance place. Those all pass unless seeing otherwise under consent. So moved. Item number four set for public hearing. There is nothing this evening, which moves us to item number five, old business. There is no old business, which moves us to item number six, new business.
