There is no new business this evening, which moves us to item number seven, the director's report. Okay, thank you. There are uh three things that I wanted to address with the plan commission this evening. Uh all of which center around uh neighborhood informational meetings or opportunities for public input on uh city codes and regulations such as the zoning and subdivision ordinance. The first, however, was a uh just a quick recap and mention of a neighborhood informational meeting that was held last Tuesday evening, June 9th at the uh Holiday Inn, where uh discussion occurred regarding a proposed development of a new quick trip uh gas station and convenience store at the intersection of McCormick and Milton Avenue occurred. That's on the city's far north side. The meeting was very well attended. Uh there were a number of Plan Commission uh members that uh were there for the meeting. Uh lots of uh neighborhood comments, particularly revolving around traffic and uh existing conditions and how that may be affected with the new facility in that location. However, um that's I know there are some folks here in attendance tonight, maybe curious about uh next steps or where that's at. The uh the item will get scheduled for review based on the introduction of an ordinance to rezone the property and then scheduling for development review under the conditional use permit process, which occurs uh in conjunction with the rezoning. That has not yet been scheduled.
