The last meeting of the planning commission was on October 2nd, and we've had a lot of uh happen in the meantime.

Um first I want to update you on the progress of the general plan update.

Um we went out for RFPs and we were we received two proposals back.

Both of them are very good.

They're being analyzed at the present time, and we'll be interviewing them in the next few weeks.

So there'll be more to come on that as far as an update.

Um regarding some of the actions by council that came through this commission on various projects.

The Anderson Motorsports rezoning was approved by council on October 2nd.

And on a couple other projects that have been here but aren't directly related to anything done recently.

Uh manufactured home plan development that's gonna be up at uh Victoria Farms in Channel.

So those are approved by council and um and we we have several rezones bubbling right now.
