Good morning and welcome. I call to order the City Council special meeting on Tuesday, May twenty seventh, two thousand twenty-five at eight thirty in the morning. If you please join me in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the revolution for which it stands one nation under God, individual with liberty and justice for all. Jim Dolin? David Diaz. Mayor Cal Sheggy? Here. Welcome back. We are now reconvening our to our special meeting. We'll now move on to item seven, which is our public hearings, starting with item seven point one, discussion and possible action if necessary to comply with Arizona open meeting law following the executive session regarding uh number one, City Magistrate annual evaluation, reappointment, and employment contract negotiations. Bring it back to council. Is there any discussion from members of the council or a motion? Councilmember Koch. I move to direct city staff to draft draft an employment contract for the city magistrate position as discussed in executive session and present it to at the June tenth, twenty twenty-five city council meeting. Thank you. And then we'll move on to item 7.2, which is just uh is discussion and possible action if necessary to comply with open uh comply with Arizona open meeting law following the executive session regarding the development agreement for parcel A at the municipal airport. Uh we just met with our uh legal team regarding the development agreement for parcel A. Is there any comments uh for members of the council? Seeing none, this is a public hearing. Would anyone like to address the city council on this item? Good afternoon, mayor city council. I'm just curious about something before that because I don't understand exactly what we behind the walls and discussing all this stuff. The question what was discussed during the second session in regards to this issue or then answer that question how would they answer the question being asked? Yeah, so I would answer that there was a discussion about the development agreement for parcel A at the municipal airport. And then what is the development agreement? Yeah, so we that's all we can uh discuss at this time. Um any further action will come before uh public hearing in a future meeting. Okay, yeah. Yeah, you're welcome. All right, we'll go ahead and close the public hearing, bring it back to council for any discussion or possible motion. Mayor, yes, councilmember Koch. Motion please. I move to direct staff as discussed in executive session. I second. We have a motion from Councilmember Koch, a second from Councilmember Diaz. Is there any additional discussion?
