Madam Secretary, would you please call the roll? Commissioner Joan DeZero. Here. Commissioner Paul Ayer. Vice Chair Tiffany Wilson. Here. Chair Jim Harris. Here. Commissioner Gabrielle Medley. Commissioner Mary Costa. Commissioner JP Thornton. Commissioner Phillinette. Commissioner Lonnie Stevenson. Commissioner K. Patel. All right. We have one vacancy here at the Diaz. If Ms. Patel would come and join us next to Mr. Thornton. Fill in for Ms. Medley. Correspondence and announcements. Mr. Gilbert. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Since the last Planning Commission meeting on June 23rd, with the July 1st meeting being canceled, the following actions have taken place at the City Council. Approval of the Paradigm Flats Town Home Project at Swanson and Smoke Tree Avenues. And approval of the shoreline public access text amendments. And that was last night on that one. The Chair and Vice Chair are chosen by the Commission. The Commission members will provide nominations. Yes. All right. We have a motion by Ms. Zero and a second by Mr. Thornton. And yes, I'll accept if you guys, that's what you guys want. Are there any other nominations? Hearing none, let's call for the question. Vice Chair Wilson? Yes.
