We have before us this evening two annexations, one on 4951 Oak Ridge Road, and another one on 1667 Badson Place.

That uh Michael McNamy, who is here with us this evening, uh, will be presenting.

So uh property is currently under Clackamas County's uh jurisdiction and is zoned low density residential R 8.5 in the county.

It is designated R15 low density residential in our comp plan and will be zoned R15 uh upon annexation.

Sanitary sewer can be made available from an existing 10-inch public sanitary line located in Oak Ridge Road east of the subject property, and it's owned by the city of Lake Oswego.

Property owner wishes to connect to the city sewer system because the septic system has failed.

Property is served by a six-inch Lake Grove Water District line located in Oak Ridge Low Road along the site frontage, and the nearest fire hydrant is located approximately 185 feet east of the site on the southeast corner of the Oak Ridge Road, Woluga Drive intersection.

We find that these properties are within the urban services boundary, and the public services can be provided in a timely and orderly and efficient manner.
