The meeting will be held Thursday, September 18th, 2025, some 7 p.m.

And this will be at the Lake Grove Presbyterian Church in the go through the Sunset Drive entrance in the courtyard room.

On the agenda is neighborhood neighborhood input, election of officers and directors, directors, structure and activities, and current issues of importance to the Lake Grove neighborhood.

And I have 30 years experience uh in the Oregon land use planning program, having worked for the legislature, private developers, and for the last 20 years with Barry and Ellisner advising cities, counties, and special districts.

Um for tonight, the uh hearing, this is the time set for the hearing on uh as the chair mentioned, the fair housing policy and education LU 25-0001.

This is a legislative decision, which generally speaking is a policy decision within the general discretion of the city.

Um the planning commission's job is to review the legislative proposal and make a recommendation to the city council.
