Yeah, you know, I just wanted to um note um something that I had sent out today that the um library site reuse task force is actually looking for uh potential uh representative that serves on the planning commission.

Um I think ideally they're looking for somebody that lives in the sort of downtown or first edition or evergreen area, but that's not a um you know complete requirement.

I think that's just like their ideal candidate.

I think from you know the planning commission, we'd be bringing you know, perspective that would be a little bit more about like you know, the applicable regulations and the code that would be relevant to this.

Um, you know, I'm assuming that commissioners uh Moreno and Mitchell are um likely not going to be willing to do a lot more volunteering when they're not going to be on the commission in the next year or so.

So um, you know, I think uh we're looking for uh you know a volunteer probably out of the two of you.

Uh obviously there are other commissioners that we can uh you know connect with too.

Um but yeah, essentially they um have done a lot of studies um into relocating the library from its current location in first edition, um, not too far from City Hall, actually, on I think it's fourth street.

The July 27, 2026, meeting has been canceled; the Foothills work session originally scheduled for that date has been moved to August 10, 2026. Staff are also planning a project tour for one of the vacant dates.
Farewell to Commissioners Moreno and Mitchell: Chair and other members thanked Commissioners Moreno and Mitchell for their service as this was their last regular meeting. Both expressed appreciation and noted they will remain residents of Lake Oswego.
