A special meeting of the Mandan City Commission was held on September 29, 2025, at 9:00 AM (presumed) in the Dykshorn Conference Room at Mandan City Hall. Okay, good morning. It is September 29th, 2025. We are in the Dykshorn Conference Room, Mandan City Hall. This is a special meeting for the Mandan City Commission. Mr. Nabar, could you please take roll call? Commissioner Rohr, Commissioner Heinshaw here, Commissioner Schobert here, Commissioner Brown, and Mayor Freleck. Here we'll stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God invisible liberty justice for all. Second. We have a motion and the second and further discussion. Hearing none. Commissioner's handshaw. Yes. Schilberg. Yes. And we'll move to the consent agenda. We have one item on the consent consent agenda, and I'll I can read it. Consider a uh gaming site authorization for Mystic Athletic Club at the Dale Polity Romeo Arena on October 3rd and 4th. Look for a motion to approve. Uh during the September 16th City Commission meeting, we had proposed plan amendments to the city and park shared retirement plan true stage. With that was changing the eligibility from age 19 to 18. And that is why we're requesting your change to the ordinance for the requirement and eligibility. Since then we haven't had any comments or concerns related to it.
