They're kind of working through some punchless items, kind of doing some seating, landscaping, fixing up everything else.

On the west half, uh the completed removal is on the eastbound lane.

They're gonna pick up some storm server work near third.

Uh they'll have traffic control installed for that already.

So they're digging that up and uh reclaiming that as well as backfilling the rest of the gravity line, but the gravity line is now in service.

Uh they're still kind of working on phase one, wrapping it up, kind of finishing up paving and getting everything squared away for that.

Uh they're gonna start paving phase two here pretty soon if they haven't already.

Um they are gonna plan to leave the intersection of fifth and first unpaved for now.

Uh they're gonna backfill it with gravel, uh, just be a temporary solution until they come back and do uh paving on phase three, uh just in contractor scheduling conflicts for that.

Um they've started removing on uh on first for segment three, uh, not quite in front of HIT yet.

Uh we let them start this a little early just to kind of keep the project moving and keep them on schedule.

So upcoming, they'll kind of do the full removal on third or on third on segment three in front of HIT, and then they'll start with their water main and sanitary sewer.

Previously, the administrative limit was a flat $25,000 regardless of project size, which was deemed too restrictive for large projects and too permissive for small ones. Riley clarified that cumulative change orders cannot exceed the percentage cap; the dollar amounts in the packet were informational.
