- $0 in 5 cases (5538 NW 5th Ave, 481 NW 31st Ave, 5896 NW 3rd Ave, 4308 NW 18th Ave, 2971 SW 38th Ave, 3620 NW 18th St).

- $10,000 in 2 cases (605 NW 65th St, 481 NW 31st Ave (originally $10,000 but later changed to $0? Wait, transcript shows motion for $10,000 on 605 NW 65th St, and $0 on 481 NW 31st Ave? Actually, on 481 NW 31st Ave, the owner lived there, so minimum was $5,000 or zero, and motion for zero passed. So $0. Correct.)
- $15,000 in 5 cases (801 NW 32nd St, 1021 SW 5th St, 3631 Thomas Ave, 1668 SW 14th Terr, and one more? Also 1180 SW 22nd Ave was $7,500, not $15,000.
