Mr. Executive Director, would you please read the items for consideration into the record? Uh let uh Tony Brown read them now. Okay. The first item is a resolution of the Board of Commissioners for the Southeast Overtown Park West. Community development agent authorized executive record to allocate funds that are about not to exceed $300,000 for public art activation and beautification with fiscal year 2625. Item number two is a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Southeast Overtown Park West Community Redevelopment Agency. Rescinding resolution number CRA-R-23-0062 adopted on December 14th, 2023 in its entirety. Item number three is a resolution by four-fifths vote with attachments rescinding CRE resolution R-25-005, adopted on January 23rd, 2023 in its entirety, and enacting a new resolution by four-fifths vote ratifying approving and a confirming the executive director's recommendation and finding exhibit A that competitive negotiations are not necessary. Authorizing a grant in the amount of 250,000 dollars to underwrite the cost of mandatory 40-50-year building recertification for three properties located in the CRE district, historic Lyric Theater located at 819 Northwest 2nd Avenue.
