Move over to the Virginia Key board for a few minutes. Are you guys ready? Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome to the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust meeting for July 9th, 2026. I am your chair, Christine King, and our executive director is here as well. We're gonna get the meeting going. Mr. City Attorney, would you please read into the record the items that are before us today? Yes, madam chair. The first item is a resolution of the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust approving the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust meeting dates for the 2027 calendar year set forth in exhibit A. Item number two is a resolution of the Virginia Key Beach Park Trust approving and adopting its operating budget attached to the corporate exhibit A in the total amount of $2,840,000 for the fiscal year commencing October 1st, 2026 and ending September 30th, 2027, subject to City Miami City Commission approval, directing the executive director to present said budget to the city of Miami for its approval and formal adoption. Um if adopted, ratifying approving and confirming certain necessary actions of the executive director to update the relevant financial controls, create the necessary fund accounts, and undertake project closeouts, accounting entries, and computer systems in connection therewith. At this time, is there anyone here that would like to speak on any of these items during public comment? Seeing none, the public comment period is now closed. So moved. Second. All in favor? Aye.
